He's asking your to do custom work for free... which is not realistic if you ask me. Minor universal customizations which can benefit many customers can be found here, major custom ones, I'm afraid you most likely will have to pay for such service.
I can imagine Ehren has a lot of work to do right now with 3.2.3 being released and skins not near finished. Now he has to update all of his skins to 3.2.3 then the skins he just updated here for version 3.2.2, and then the custom work, and then re-code all skins he's not done with here at skinbox, and then make new skins. Hey, you got a clone?
