If refund is not issued, are we allowed to sell it? I just lost $52. That is a lot of cheeseburger.

I understand your point, but the vBulletin skins would have been updated in 2 days if we were not currently rebuilding 15 IPB skins from scratch.
I am using skin box skins for last 4 -5 month support was good ,and skins are awesome but with this reply it seams u dont care about Vb customers although we also paid to get the skins. And as u said it will only take 2 days for vb skins so y u guys dont finish them first and than u can go to ipb which will be delayed by only couple of days(as u said 2 days to fix) ....by upgrading ipb first u are delaying vb skins for more than couple of weeks..... which seems u are favoring your ipb customers....

I agree with thecybermafia 2 days of work to redo the vBulletin skins and your giving priority to IPB skins that are going to take a month or longer to get done.
But you olso said
Wait till 4.1 release you will never know when it gets released we waited for 4.0.4 for around 75 days so at best we speak of two months of broken styles maybe even longer.
Also not happy about the way the bug tracker is handled atm instead of answering the tickets nothing happens atm. At least give workarounds for issues that way the style is at least a bit functional.
As it is now you can better buy a style that is around 30 to 40 dollar and get great support then a style that is cheap and nothing is done to maintain it.

As I said in the first post, it will be after we have converted all our current IPB skins. We might wait for vBulletin 4.1 as well.

As stated above, I most certaintly agree with the cybermafia; a very poor choice to first pick up a month job and leave a 2day job to do after.
Don't get me wrong here, I do love your work and you are prone to make your own choices, I merely disagree and hope you will change your mind, if if this post can, it would be fantastic otherwise perhaps some cash can change your mind. Anyone around here for some monotary support to show we do appriciate the work you do. So boys and gals, lets get this guy on the road, you can put me down for 10usd for now, anyone else?
ps: I know; you bought it bla bla expect support etc, but love and especially cash will get us a skin faster then whining about it....
Hope we can change your mind and put your focus back on VB. For me the Warrior skin please

Guys, the skins will be updated. We are a small company, we can not do 50 things at the same time - we are currently experiencing a very rare situation - both companies decide to upgrade their forum softwares at the same time. We are almost done with the IP.Board upgrade, and then we will start the vBulletin one. We are not putting focus on anything, we are just doing our best to deliver good quality products for both platforms.
Thank you.
Thank you.

That reply doesn't really help me. I bought a skin expecting to use it right away. There was no mention on the site that this skin would not work for 4.0.4. I honestly would just like my money back now, since this site is time sensitive, and cannot wait for your developers to port the skin. This update has been out for almost a month. As a paying customer, I expect to have a product that works. Not one that is half assed.

No matter what skins Olivier done first someone would complain.... He got the IPB ones done fairly quick imo so VB shouldn't be too far away... Uncaring Olivier is not btw. Young man has a pretty good heart imo from dealing with him in the past.

I'm very happy to hear the IP skin update project is done and that the vB update work is beginning. I am continuing to wait for Warrior's 4.0.4 compatible release before I upgrade my live site. There's simply no style out there that competes with Warrior's quality for a gaming site. Nice work Mr. Turbis, very nice indeed. Looking forward to the release.
