Recent Issues With Payments

Dear customers,

We have had a payment issue with Skinbox two days ago and some orders (4 in total) didn't receive their skin yet - as you know, Skinbox uses an automatic system and when you pay, you should always receive your skin automatically. Unfortunately this issue caused your payment to be sent, but not your purchased item(s). We are doing our best to send the products to customers who have paid. We first had to track the customers, verify if they have paid then confirm that they didn't receive their skins. You will receive your skin very soon.

This is not something that will happen anytime soon, so please don't worry. We are playing with software, and a software break is something that we can not control and that nobody is 100% in control of on any Website.

We wanted to say how deeply sorry we are for all of this and thank you for your comprehension and patience with this.

UPDATE: Customers who haven't had received their skins should be able to download them in their download box now.
