Ordered the Magnetic theme for our IPB Board and I don't think it could have gone any smoother. Took me less than 15 minutes from the time I placed the theme in the shopping cart to when I had it set as the default theme on my forum.

The installation instructions were incredibly easy; there were 4 total steps! I can't believe I let all the complainers on this sub-forum rattle me -- you upload 2 files, change two settings, and done!

Personally, I'd delete all the complaints that are not valid.

Thanks for the feedback - glad you got the skin installed so easily.

I tend to keep all feedback topics visible to give people a realistic view of our services, but some are overly exaggerated in a negative way as you mentioned. Most customers who are happy with our services simply keep it to themselves rather than providing positive feedback which makes the negative feedback seem overwhelming, even if the amount of unhappy customers is extremely minimal. We can't please everyone, but we try our best!
