When I upload a picture in the gallery with name test_picture.jpg and then I download it the filname
is change to "gallery_3_7_364460.jpg".
Can I change the settings so the filname is the same as the uploaded picture.

This is something you'll need to ask at the Invision forums since it's not skin related. :)
