When did you purchase the skin? I have no records of any invoices from your account (including cancelled/expired).

Today I bought the skin. It took me to the customer area and I saw my skin I bought warrior. And now I don't see it...so please add me back to the customer area.

There is no history of any orders from your account. Please reply with your paypal transaction id so I can verify.

Now I saw my customer name and I saw my skin this morning downloaded -.-" and I downloaded it..but Now I don't see it again.

Please get a screenshot of the customer area next time you have access to it.
