Trying to purchase a theme, but it doesn't work

Hello,

I tried to purchase Blood theme, but I couldn't. After registering an account, I choose the paypal guest option ( because I don't have paypal ). I fill my debit card information ( VISA ) and then I click proceed. Here comes the problem, I receive the following message and can't go any further :

The card you entered cannot be used for this payment. Please enter a different credit or debit card number

Any ideas what the problem might be?

you have to have a Paypal account to use the Paypal method, all you do is go to Paypal.com and create a new account, then you can submit payment using your card.
