Purchased skins from IPS market, Can't receive updates.

I have purchased several skins from the IPS Market using the same email address on file as my account here. The skins on there aren't updated, How would I go about getting an update for my skins? I can provide proof of purchase.

I really want the update for my skins, especially blood. I purchased them back in May of 2011, I bought Blood, underground, and Less threw IPS Market in May, but they are not being updated, and can not use them on my IPS 3.2 forum. How can I go about receiving updates?

I should also add I sent the guy a PM on the IPS forums, while he was ONLINE and did NOT receive a response, this was on Oct 31st 2011, sent to Olivier Turbis, and it shows he hasn't even read my PM yet.

Olivier Turbis is no longer the owner of Skinbox since Sept so not sure why you PM'ed him?
