I purchased the elegant theme from the Invision Power marketplace directly. My email here matches my email there, which you can see.
Absolutely no documentation. What the hell? Where's the two other skin colors you advertise? Maybe a little freaking documentation would have helped.
At this point, I don't even want to use it, and have uninstalled it and removed the package from my computer. Just refund me my money so I can move on and find a theme that has some documentation, without font size that looks like it's 5 point.
Come on guys, look at the support thread. Absolutely nothing said for months by people asking for help. Invision actually requires you to support people THERE according to their terms. Instead, I see one of you telling people to open a support thread here, and I cannot even register as a CUSTOMER HERE since I didn't buy it from you guys.
I don't even want a chance for this to be made right. I just want a refund so I can move on and purchase from a professional company please.

The files submitted on the Invision marketplace were done by Olivier. I took over his position here a few weeks ago and do not have control over the marketplace submissions. Support is offered on this site only, so any questions should be posted on these forums - not the IPS forums.
I would advise against purchasing the skinbox skins (that Olivier submitted) from the marketplace as I am not paid (or notified) for those orders. For this reason, I am unable to offer a refund unfortunately..

Okay, so do I need to get in touch with Olivier or something? Is there any contact information I can use to get in touch with him? LOL, thanks for the heads up, I'll keep that in mind.

Olivier still has an account here, however I'm not sure how often he checks it. You can attempt to contact him via PM if you wish.
I'm going to remove the marketplace submissions from the Invision site to prevent this issue from happening in the future. Unfortunately there's nothing I can do since the funds never have (and never will) be in my account. The marketplace is primarily an advertising service. If the author has their own site, I would always suggest purchasing from their site instead of the marketplace.

I have spoken to him (Olivier) earlier this year it should also show the same purchase at this site if you use the same email address assigned at IPS and this site.
