Can someone tell me the difference between single and global copyright removal means/does.

Hello,

Single copyright removal means you can remove the copyright from one skin. Global copyright removal means you can remove it from every skin you purchase (which becomes useful once you purchase multiple skins).

Thought so, just wanted to check. One final question on this. If I was to purchase another skin, and the single removal for that, would that work? It obviously works out cheaper?

Of course. It's only smart to purchase global copyright removal if you need it on more than 3 skins.
