I have purchased two skins from you guys, neither of them i could use cause they haven't been updated. I've been waiting for months. Can i switch those skins to something else that's already been updated cause i'm tired of waiting.

Well that's up to Management here whether or not they will let you do that. The thing is there are alot of us that have been waiting for months as well alot of us like you are tired of waiting. We just need to be thankful we are getting updates period instead of complaining all the time about being tired of waiting. I don't know the circumstances around Oliver leaving but we were going to be left without updates.....so keep that in mind while you are tired of waiting cause you could have been waiting forever with no updates.
