Hi there, looking to have a custom vB 4.X them converted to IPB 3.2.3

I imagine this is a project that you could handle, I just need to know who I could talk to about making this happen.

So what is the normal turnaround time to get a response to e mails in regards to custom skins? Going on a week with no response and have sent multiple request.

In fact, you have to wait for a designer to take your request. This request is in the queue, but it will take some time before it is actually taken. I can't tell you how much time. It really depends on the schedule of the designers, unfortunately.
