Customer accounts upgraded

Hi everyone,

Quick update with regards to the update of skinbox. All existing customers have been transferred from our old database to the new Nexus system. To verify that your account has been upgraded, visit the "Customer Downloads" link at the top of the page and make sure your skins are listed under "Purchases".

If there are some skins which aren't appearing in your client area, PM Sebastien and request a manual upgrade.

We are working continuously on finishing the store front, at which point we will be able to accept new orders. This should be completed within the next 24 hours.

yeah you guys did a good job but I only have access to what I have purchased except gotitall membership that gives you access to all downloads.

Any of those memberships don't exist anymore. Ehren will post an update explaining what you get instead.

Fixed, tApir. Thanks for mentioning. Your purchase was so old that it used a product id that wasn't included in the conversion script. :)

i had a 6 month subscription but now I see it is gone. I have sent a couple PM's to Sebastien but no answer.

I paid $79 in August. Do I get any skins?
