Hi everybody,
how can I set ip portal as homepage?

Hi there! This change has to be done manually by editing the initdata.php file locatedin the root directory of your forum. If IPB is accessible at http://sitedomain.com then the file is located inside the public_html folder.
Open it for editing with CPanel's file manager and locate the following directive:
IPS_DEFAULT_PUBLIC_APP in IPB 3.1 or later. it should be somewhere around line 50. By default its value is set to "forum". Change this to "portal" and save the file.
Note:
In IPB 3.x look for IPS_PUBLIC_SCRIPT.
