Hello, i see that delight skin has a color picker.
Q1: can delight colors be set only by administrator and users could not use color picker?
Q2:Can reputation be only positive? How can we do that?
Q3: Is there a way to remove online/offline buttons?
Q4: Is user menu in the bottom? Is there a way to add user menu in header?

1- Yes, you can do that.
2- I am pretty sure you can do that with IPB. Try contact them for software-related questions as this is part of the software itself and not the skin.
3- Yes. This is just a bit of code to remove in a template through your ACP.
4- The user navigation is located in the header. You can see a live preview of the skin here: http://www.skinbox.n...rowse/live-demo

Is there a way to change font and font size to cielo like theme?

Because font is a little big.

by the way theme is super laggy in front page is you view it with IPAD... other pages are ok, but from front page i can not go to other pages, because it just stucks and laggs (if you press any forum)..

what a shame...

This theme is not optimized for mobile devices unfortunately. You'd rather use the mobile theme that ships with IPB.

As for the fonts, it should be possible to change them to cielo-like fonts. It's no more than a css edit.
