I love the Viril theme and think it would go great with my forum idea.
Just a couple of questions
1. If i buy ipb 3.14 and then it goes to 3.2 - will there be an upgrade or some sort of support to get the skin to work on 3.2?

2. Id like to make some changes to the colours inside the post areas. is it easy/hard?
3. does support include making changes to the skin colours
4. i personally dont like how the posts display after clicking on a board - can the columns be customised to show |Topic with topic started by info|Topic Stats|Last poster|
5. Can the action on the topic preview on the main board be changed not to roll over and show the post info? and just pop up instead?
6. Can the Mark as Read button be changed or imbedded into the Right instead of the left side?
7. can you modify the background picker button to place it in another location or hide it all together
8. At the header where the logo is, can you make it a bit bigger in height so i can fit a slightly larger logo and a banner to the right hand side
9. Is the content inside the expandable box customisable?

Hi Thanks for your interest.

1- Yes, and this update will be free of charge.
2- If you know your way through CSS this will be easy for you. It's just a matter of changing colors in one CSS file.
3- No. Support is there to guide you only - we do not do custom modifications for you.
4- Yes it can, but again we would not do these modifications - you would have to do them yourself. We can however guide you, ie. telling you which templates to edit, where to look, etc.
5- That would be considered a (paid) custom modification. But yes, this is doable.
6- Not sure I understand that one - The mark as read link is located at the very bottom of the screen.
7- Yes you can.
8- Yes We provide the logo .PSD so you can easily resize that.
9- Yes and no. These are IP.Board (and third-party) hooks.

Can I query you on the cost of paid modifications?
Especially regarding the cost to redo the column/view of the threads(point 4) and the rework of the mouseover action(point 5) - would you have an estimate on how much?. I think id rather get some professional help in that area then someone trying to help me do it.

In regards to point 6, in the demo it comes up looking like this

The icon that comes up goes over the text and id like to move that across to the right side or imbed it into the board heading bar

I think(hope) i have enough noob skills to do the colours

I am afraid we are not able to offer custom modifications on premade skins at the moment. Point 6: should be easy enough - you would just have to change the floating and the position of the elements.
