I purchased Delight for IPB a couple of weeks ago but is not in my "Client" location for some reason. I need to access the color.ini file to change default color and deactivate. Could someone please provide step by step to access this file? thank you

Please tell them to register here with the same email address as they used on IPS - the files will be automatically put in their download box then.

thank you for the reply. I found how to FTP into the site then just adjusted the color.ini file to the default color I wanted. Is there a way to deactivate the color picker and keep the color I chose?

I'm sorry, but in order to receive support you will have to login with a customer account. Please tell your boss to register with the same email address as used on IPS.
