IPB support site purchase

I purchased the Skin Brave on IPB, with it came no backgrounds and no access to support sections on this forum, so Im completely lost as to how I fix certain aspects of the skin.

Is this by design or is there a way to qualify myself to get access to the links in the skin file itself.
