Hi there
I'd like to know how flexible the skins are once we install them? Are there "options" that we can tweak - for example fonts used, size of fonts, some simple color changes etc? Whether an intro top bit of the page appears by default or not? That kind of thing......
Thanks

fonts used, size of fonts, some simple color changes
These would need css edits.

And we have tutorials for that.

Well, the intro bit - aka welcome message - has a very simple tutorial. And the css edits are css edits. If you are comfortable with css, it will be easy, if you aren't we will assist you a little as long as what you want is simple.
I am sorry I cannot give you access to the tutorials - they are for customers only.
Thanks for your interest and your comprehension!

Why are tutorials only for customers anyway?
You may very well be missing out on customers because of that stance...!
Not knowing how these things work is certainly holding me back.

Our products are being uploaded on warez websites everyday - making tutorials public wouldn't help fighting against this phenomenon.
For the welcome message, I can promise you it is dead simple to change. For the css edits, it's a bit more complicated - so if you tell me precisely what you want to change now, I can tell you how hard it will be.

I have too many questions to ask, really, and as a potential customer I don't really see it being my job to chase the supplier for info!
It would be much better to simply have more info in order to be able to make a positive decision.
Your choice, I suppose.
Thanks

I can vouch to say that the welcome message is easily changed and that skinbox have an extensive list of tutorials which are detailed and easy for even the people not familiar with code
