Hi,

Is this theme compatible with nexus?

And is it going to require upgrading when IPB 3.2 comes out?

Yes, it is fully compatible with all IP.Services official addons, Nexus included.
We will update the themes for free once 3.2 is released, however yes you will have to reinstall the updated version of the skin.
