I am here to formally ask why no moderator or administrator has deigned to respond to my posts or those of others ...
We spent the money to buy a service, and certainly do not come here to write a variety of problems and then be ignored or treated as ignorant ...
Personally I asked here just above explanations as to why your road map has not been met and we're out of 10 days .. is possible that nobody has the foresight to respond?
Asking questions and we do not have the education to keep us informed on the situation ... and it's really tiring ... and a very professional service ... You can not ignore any request and at least give a simple answer is polite. You can not ignore the questions or requests from customers.
Also into tracker you set Awaiting Feedback whitout explains what feedback you need??
I'm really sorry and angry for unprofessional behavior and especially with the ease with which you do not answer customer questions. When we paid we did not expect problems at least on your part a more polite way to behave even respond with a simple "yes you can" or "no" can not be educated.

I second everything you have said. To be honest it’s like two boys playing shop. They simply don’t have the age, skill or maturity to run a business professionally.
Sure they make money and they skins nice looking. But I believe every skin is Unnecessary buggy.
Brave for example has just received an update. Instantly the moment it was released it was noted that a transparency error occurred in IE with the log in box. “Did they even test the skin in IE?” because if it was tested then this would have been spotted immediately and rectified before its release. I mean IE it’s not like it’s some obscure browser is it? About 60 percent of the planet use it for god’s sake. Why release something with a know fault.
In a previous post I ask them to solidly test the Skins in all browsers before their release, and this was echoed by other.
TEST your SKINS in browsers. You must have been totally Embarrassed with your Viril release. It have about 4 updates within the week it was released.
The 2 young guys here are extremely talented in what they do. But they are NOT people persons. Oliver and Sebastian, both answer post like the customers are ignorant and should have known.. Stay off the forums and do what you do best and concentrate on skinning. Get someone else to moderate the forums who answers your customers in a professional manor. Within a suitable period of time and that will keep customers informed of what’s going on.
You 2 boys may not like the hard facts of business but the FACTS are the customers are always right. KEEP the customer informed. Don’t bullsh1t the customer (they in this instance are generally older and wiser than you)

Last words. STOP MAKING skins and sort your current paying customers skins out first. Update and get working what you have already sold and offered support and updates on. Get someone to run the forums and stay off them. Your customers aren’t ignorant or stupid stop talking to us like we are.
Business FACT a happy customer tells 3 people and unhappy customer tells 20, think about it.
You guys could make a living for life with this site. don’t get to big too soon. Golden rule and No1. Rule... Keep your customers happy....

I agree with you that we didn't keep you informed as to what was the new plan. Fact is we are just late. We have been facing a lot of issues, as usual, and we didn't think we would get so many. However that is not your problem, we are late because we weren't able to successfully estimate how much time was required to release the skins. In the past, we didn't announce any plan. People were asking for a date, so we told them "3-6 weeks". It was inaccurate, and they asked for more precise dates. This time we tried - and failed. Some of the skins were just "a bit late", others are not still released. And we apologize for that.
However, I can't agree with the "unnecessary buggy" skins. Our skins are the result of the wide testing phase - which is causing the delays we are facing. Some slight issues might be unnoticed, that's true - but seriously, skins get hundreds of bug fixes before their release. Viril had a lot of updates during the week of its release because Viril was the first skin to make use of our theme framework which has then be really improved. That's why Caja has only had one update during the week of its release. Don't you think it is a serious improvement? But there is no need to argue on the numbers, it has no sense. We try to test our skins as much as possible, and we have heard your request for a deeper testing phase, and we took it into consideration and applied it right away.
As for the fact we are releasing new skins, it is a way for us to test the new features before their integration into our current skins. Let's be clear, Elegant is widely used, same for Magnetic, or Brave. They can't serve as a test for new features. That's why we have had Caja and Viril. Plus, it helps us gauge what features are preferred and what features should be included in the other skins. Viril last-post avatars have been added to Elegant. The new background picker code (with automatic thumb generation) has also been added to other skins (Blood, Brave, etc). Same for the new dropdowns, etc.
Finally, I am sorry to hear you have the impression we are treating you like stupid people. I apologize if we acted in such way.

Cielo est en développement, malheureusement je ne peux pas être plus précis en ce moment... Nous sommes navrés des délais que nous vous imposons. Nous espérons en finir avec ces mises à jour d'ici à une semaine.

Ok Sebastien, thanks for responding to my post. To be honest I’m a little frustrated right now. Because i bought Magnetic back in November, and that’s full of bugs so much so i removed it from my boards. I then waited for the Update and release of the new BRAVE. Upon installing there was a bug immediately on the log in box using IE. (it is transparent) how was this released like this and not spotted? you asked how you could improve and many said to test your skins in various browsers. its in the tracker as fixed? I’ve asked when we can have this fix? Here
