Hello, i'm thinking about purchasing the elegant skin, i love the way it looks. Is there a way to get the navigational bar to normal? Like so that it's not at the bottom, but just at the top of the forum?

Yes it is possible, but you would have to make some changes to globalTemplate and ipb_styles.css. Please note that Elegant 2.2.0 (that will be released in some weeks - 1, 2 or 3) will drop the bottom navigation bar, so you might want to wait until it's released.

I have one more question, if i would purchase the skin at this time, would i receive the update that you have planned in 2-3 weeks too?

I've actually changed this myself and it looks pretty decent now, and it's not that hard to change it back to the legacy one.
