Gonna be joining the SkinBox Club but just wanted to know that all the skins operate with other IPS Marketplace modifications such as Fusion Menu.

We do have an edition of the app which we give out at no charge to skinners who wish to add support to their skins for it - it's the same as the regular edition but ioncubed.

We are currently working with FusionDigital to improve support for this mod. In fact, we have reported an issue in their code which breaks their menu positioning - we nearly gave the fix, and wait for them to update their code.

So for FusionMenu, ask FusionDigital about ETA of the fix. They did not respond to my last email by the way. Maybe you could bump the request by posting a topic in their customer area?

Just an FYI for anyone interested, I posted a topic in their pre-sales question regarding this issue. Hopefully I will hear back as I really want that mod.

Hope it's a positive response!

It is not... Well, I really don't understand. Here's what I replied (there is an approval system so it is not readable at the moment):

Skinbox have informed us that they essentially require us to rewrite the core of the UI components of our application to support their skins. As this is really a very large task, and no other skin house's products seem to require changes of this magnitude, we have opted not to continue work on attaining compatibility with Skinbox skins at this time. At present I can confirm that Skinbox skins are on the "Not Compatible" list and we have no immediate plans to investigate this further.

Hello,

It would have been a good idea to inform us of your plans. My latest email has not got any reply.

Anyway, I do think it is not "that difficult". As a developer, I would say it requires around one hour, not more. So, I wonder why it is considered as a "large task".

Please try to inform me of your plans in the future. You made everyone wait for nothing in the end - which is not good for both your business and ours.

Thank you,

Regards,
S. Penet,
Quimiu Management.

In their opinion, it's not that simple. It's being discussed with them at the moment. We'll find a solution.
