From what I can see, the November winner still has not been added to the page.

Needs to be updated :). Seems SkinBox is to busy with Skins at the moment and haven't gotten around to updating / picking winners.

Had my sig for a year now, even through the months they didn't pick winners! What's happening, is it dead?

Its not dead just they are to busy. They need to have one/two more staff members for public relations kind of stuff it seems.
