Menu jumping the page to the top?

categories menu jumps the page to the top?

it should lock the page, and then slide the menu items under the page.

can this be fixed easily?

Also the transition isnt as smooth as ipb, dunno if it loadingvquicker or not, but there is a new 100+ js?
