Can this be done with the Elegant theme

I am very interested in purchasing the 'Elegant' Skin. However i need to know if it will be possible to use the same header from the Skin with all its functionality and place it on a Wordpress site which is at the root.

ie.
http://www.wordpress_site.com
http://www.wordpress_site.com/forums

Please let me know if this can be done. Let me know what your costs would be like.

Yes it's possible, but I'm pretty sure you will have to "manually" build it in Wordpress. And that is not unique with Elegant but this is something you will have to do with any skin.
