Hello,

According to Paypal, this error occurred because the transaction failed bank authorization or because you didn't have any valid funding source.

Try again, and double-check you have money to pay with. You can also get in touch with Olivier and send the money directly to his account, sometimes it seems to work better in such situations.

your correct, i live in thailnd now nd my paypal is funded by by UK credit card. i manually added funds to my paypal nd the new transaction was ok....
