Cielo Skin (Login Problem)

Hello sir,

I'm new with IPB and skinbox services..
Somehow i manage to apply Cielo skin in my forum with some help, Everything's working great with co0L looks except the Ajax login box.
Every time i try to login from login box it shows me this error,

[#10193] We encountered a problem processing your login request. Please try again.

if i need to edit some code then please quote the code here.. Thanks

Help please.. reply ASAP
