As you closed the thread before I could reply: if you check for an email/paypal payment from hq1para@hotmail.com you will find we have! We bought it at the weekend. The name on the email will either be Madjock or Alan.

We will be looking to buy more themes as well, we are a massive clan with well over 100 members, so between us we have more than 1 email account to use! If you still doubt we have bought it, ask for more proof instead of just closing this thread...thanks.

You are asking support with an account which has no purchase registered. So you cannot get support with it. If you bought it, then log in with the right account and post in the right section and you will receive support. However, if the purchase is not correctly registered (which I doubt could happen but well, it could), send Olivier or me a PM with a proof of purchase, using the account who supposedly bought the skin.

PARAJACK is a trusted friend we did purchase the theme...we want to get the annual package so please be helpfull

Any chance you can change the ParaJack account to show customer as well please? That will stop this mix up in the future?

I am sorry but I can't add the Parajack account as a customer. We need to have the order linked to the right account, the account who's asking support. And we cannot link the same order to two accounts, this is not technically possible. So I would recommend that you either share the MJ777 account or create a shared account for both of you to which we will transfer the purchase.

Setting you as a customer isn't enough: Skinbox 2, which is currently under development, will require the precise items purchased by each client.

If we go for the package deal will you knock the price of the warrior theme off the package price?!?! Cheeky I know but!!!
