Due to the large number of users who have been visiting our skinning sites recently, it was necessary to upgrade our servers to cope with the traffic. This migration occurred yesterday and took roughly 12 hours. While migrating servers, it was inevitable that we would lose a couple of posts and members (anyone who registered/posted ~12 hours prior to the migration was not moved to the new server).

If you had purchased an item within this time period, send me a PM and I will upgrade your account for you. There were only a few accounts, so this shouldn't be a major issue.

Quick update with regards to the update of skinbox. All existing customers have been transferred from our old database to the new Nexus system. To verify that your account has been upgraded, visit the "Customer Downloads" link at the top of the page and make sure your skins are listed under "Purchases".

If there are some skins which aren't appearing in your client area, PM Sebastien and request a manual upgrade.

We are working continuously on finishing the store front, at which point we will be able to accept new orders. Just a quick announcement to let you know Skinbox is obviously going through an upgrade at the moment. It will take a couple of days before everything is running smoothly, but I'll keep you updated with the progress whenever updates are made.

Customers will currently be unable to access their downloads. We are converting the old system to Nexus, and we aim to migrate all customers over as soon as possible - at which point you will be able to download the products you have purchased.

We have also transferred skinbox to a new server, so don't be alarmed if there are any broken pages. They should be fixed in due time.

Edit: I have had numerous people contact me asking why it says they have no paid downloads in their client area. This is normal as we have not yet transferred the customer database.
